Change nodes and lines to linked lists

A node should not be dragged outside of the window area.

A user would type C-c 3 for a C₃ graph, C-c 4 for C₄ graph, etc. Should reject any number lower than 3 (will print a temporary message to the screen later but for now will just print to stderr).

Upon starting a line, it creates 2 lines: one going from the node to the origin of the screen, and one going from the node to the mouse pointer. Once the line is ended on another node, the line to the origin disappears. Fix it so the line that goes to the origin is not created or drawn.

Suspect this has to do with the end node of the line being initialized to 0,0, but trying to prevent lines being drawn that have an end node of 0,0 has not worked.

There should be a visual change to a node when it is selected.
