Alireza (asarmadi) and I found that the above part of the get_windows function was not 100% correct. The above snippet should be replaced by the code snippet below to get rid of the rows (windows) where sEMG values are all zeros.

Please let us know whether this observation is correct.

Alireza (asarmadi) and I also found that we got the nina_helper package (this version: https://github.com/Lif3line/nina_helper_package) installed on our device when using pip install nina-helper. When the package was successfully installed, the version shown in the terminal was actually 2.4. We confirmed this issue by checking the nina-helper package inside the site-packages folder of Anaconda3. To sum up, it seems like pip install nina-helper does not clone this version (https://github.com/Lif3line/nina_helper_package_mk2) to a user-defined directory.

get_windows function is returning the same number of samples for different window sizes. This behavior is incorrect because as the window size increases, the number of samples should decrease and vice versa.

I have fixed this issue. Let me know if I can create a pull request.
