cloudwatch-logback-appender's Issues

Logger fails on locked-down group

We define our log groups as infrastructure and put in place IAM controls that prevent applications and services from creating log groups. A given application is only allowed to log into a specific named group that must be pre-created by some authority.

Although cloudwatch-logback-appender handles cases where a group does not already exist, it fails if the attached role does not have the logs:CreateLogGroup permission. This is unfortunate because in our case it does not need, nor do we want it to have it this permission.

Would it be possible to check for the presence of the group as a separate action prior to conditionally creating the group? It may also be useful for stream creation to behave in similar way?

Update aws-java-sdk.version

Hi!
In one of its updates, Amazon deprecated some methods related with its clients.
In your last version library available in maven central (0.10.1) I see that you are using AWS 1.11.52.

Will you plan to update it?

Thank you!
