该基于安卓4.0以上的app能根据设定的时间，在每天该时间后如果手机仍然处于被使用状态就会不断发送通知来提醒使用者睡觉。如果用户在自己设定的时间之后没有使用手机的话，就不会发送通知。

After setting a time by yourself, this application for Android above 4.0 can keep producing nocification if your phone are still be using( screen is still on) to notice you to sleep.
