Since the installation of setuptools is unreliable and we do not really care about updates for the packages in https://github.com/linux-system-roles/lsr-gh-action-py26/blob/main/entrypoint.sh#L42, I propose to prepare a container image that contains all the common packages/python modules, publish it in a registry (maybe quay.io) and then use that as a base instead of registry.centos.org/centos:6. Then the installation needs to work only when the container image is rebuilt instead of all the times the tests are run.
