When asked a position that is out of the file range, a CONTRAINT_ERROR is raised. It should be detected by BlockExists function and return a DataErr, but it doesn't.

The actual implementation sends a DataREQ package and wait the size. When the network is under congestion (90% of packet lost), working this way slows seriously the start.

Study if, when some packets are lost, sending a big amount of probes without waiting the timeout period or directly ask so many packets as the window can handle.

Fork this, because this isn't a ideal working mode either: When the network is congested, flooding isn't the best solution.

More than one SEARCH message is sent each search try. Marked with a TODO in the code the buggy block.

Implement a file configuration system.

Create a remote IRC manager with the same commands and options that the console one.

End_Error is triggered when the application tries to read. Placing the index in the position doesn't raise a End_Error.

After searching nodes for a file, the screen remains with no infomation about the process result and return to the console shell.
