It would be good to add something on the main page about the code used to build the site being freely available under the Apache 2.0 license, and a link to the github repo for code and issue reporting.

People not only share code on codepasty (add mode "text"), and the automatic syntax highlighting doesn't work with diff files (add mode "diff").

Give users, a listing of pasties created by them.

We are currently using AJAX for deleting comments, but not for adding comments.

Users have a tendency to click on the bull-horn icon to collapse comments.

So that a person can disable it while sharing text or something other than code.

When deleting the last remaining comment for a line, the comment icon does not go away until a manual page reload is done.

Let's design a new favicon/logo and vote on it? Currently it uses the Bootstrap favicon.

Its important to add some simple instructions for adding/viewing comments at either the far left or far right, like: "Click on a line number to view/add comments for that line. The megaphone (?) icon indicates lines which already have comments."
