Necessary Mods Updates

The following issues should necessarily be modified in the next fork/s:

Repo related:

  • Create an internal/local environment for project (both for data & for used coding environment)

Jupyter NB related:

  • Verify plotly related code is updated (Technology was modified*)
  • Add ToC to Jupyter NB
  • Add local NB libs installations
  • Use MultiThreading or dist. system to make geocoding more efficient timewise.
  • Add option to load data from the reader's local path to the downloaded dataset.
