Incorrect Link for "Red Hat" under "Companies" Category

Issue Description:

I noticed that in the README file of this repository, specifically under the "Companies" category, there is an entry "Red Hat" that links to the Red Hat website instead of its repository.

Expected Behavior:

The link under the "Red Hat" entry in the "Companies" category should point to the Red Hat repository on GitHub.

Additional Information:

I suggest updating the link to lead to the correct repository page for Red Hat.

People -> Manifesto

What if we write an Israeli Open Source Manifesto and instead of mentioning people by name let anyone who is interested sign it?

That way we can be inclusive to anyone interested, not rank people. Here is a template of what it can look like:

We the undersigned all agree on the following,

  • We all think open source is a good idea.
  • We believe in open source as a tool to promote education, close gaps and empower individuals.
  • We believe in free and open tools.
  • We believe in making open source accessible and getting people involved.
  • We believe open source is for everyone who would like to participate.
  • We believe in people and their ability to contribute regardless of their gender, race or political belief. We adopt the contributor covenant
  • We believe in people over technology and the importance of empowering people as a way to get better technology. We believe burnout, collaborator churn and imposter syndrome are issues people deal with and as a community we can deal with them together.

Signed,

Benjamin Gruenbaum (@benjamingr, Node.js, Bluebird, Sinon, MobX)
// rest of the names here

We could include anyone interested, sorting or a "bar" wouldn't matter anymore since we're focusing on the people agreeing on the idea of open source rather than the actual contributions made.

This would replace "Individuals", I'd put "Events" above "Projects" too so:

  • Events (how to get involved)
  • Manifesto (replaces individuals)
  • Projects)

WDYT? cc @lirantal @amitzur @OriHoch @urish

Add "How to Get Involved"

A good reason to do this would be to explain how to get involved in open source.

We can recommend the monthly events, mentorship, a public forum/chat, this own github etc.
