First of all, thanks a lot for this plugin. I love strava combined with mtbmap!

Unfortunately, I stumbled upon an issue when I try to open the segment explorer. The map blinks and turns blank as seen here:

I used Firefox 51.0.1, but it doesn't seem to work in Chrome as well.

When Map Switcher is enabled, Personal Heatmaps (subscription feature) won't load.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to https://www.strava.com/athlete/heatmaps (paid Strava subscription required)
2. Generate a personal heatmap
3. Visit the heatmap (e.g. https://www.strava.com/athletes/{id}/heatmaps/{key})
4. The heatmap won't load. JavaScript console displays the following errors:

You have included the Google Maps JavaScript API multiple times on this page. This may cause unexpected errors.

Unchecked runtime.lastError: The message port closed before a response was received.

6. When Map Switcher is disabled, the heatmap loads and error messages are not displayed

I know that currently it is out of your scope, but I have to ask you :-)
What do you think, is it possible to do the same job for the Garmin Connect interface? At least theoretically?
I think it could be paid version only and a lot of people will pay for this feature.

Executing the following in Chrome DevTools Console at
https://www.strava.com/heatmap switches the map. Now we just need to add buttons to the heatmap menu.

Hi, the addon is not working on firefox 68.8.0esr. No options are shown to choose map provider.
It works on chromium.

Hi,
Last couple of days Strava is quite busy with changes to there routeplanner. Luckely the extension still showed up, until today. Whatever I do the extension doesn't show up anymore in the routeplanner. On other places (activities, segments, etc) it's still there, but on the most importent place it's gone.
Chrome is my favorite browser. Tried it also on Edge, but failed on both.
Any idea?

In Firefox 57, the route fails to display over the selected map. In the main flow view, one can see the route preview, but on the activity page, the route is not displayed.

I've tried to remove the extension and the problem remains.

Before i installed the extension, the routes were displayed correctly and in FF Dev. Edition (in which i never installed the extension), they are displayed correctly aswell.
