can not use cell_id to track line_ref

to prevent blocking the picture

This issue only exists on the server.
To replicate this, type in the cell, and type in the chat very soon after that. The snapshot of the notebook is 2-3s lag.

This issue also exists in changelog.

The tabs should be "sticky" headers --- if the user scrolls down, the position of the tabs should stay in place

When a non-host client tries to restart the service and run all code:

At the non-host side, the execute number of cell is refreshed, but two identical outputs with two different execution numbers are generated:

At the host side, the number is not refreshed, and there is only one output.

When there are a different number of lines, the image diff will be misplaced.

Also add current link numbers in "edit link" button

e.g. EDIT LINK(3)

Show rendered reference instead of reference code

when user1 shares a notebook that contains a figure with user2, user2 can not use the paint tool.

User2 can quickly fix this by refreshing the page

If a client executes the code, the prompt number wouldn't be synced properly

when inserting a cell above to the first cell, the current notebook will treat it as deleting cells
