辣鸡一亩三分地我自己的帖子自己回复不了。找Loop的话，就是DFS/BFS嘛，但是需要辅助的变量，一个是存上一步的位置，这样就不会后退了；一个是存走过的位置，如果遇到走过的位置，说明有环。
