I tried out the exploit on v3.0.1 of the switch os. It continuosly fails and nothing more. Doing a bit of debugging I found out that the condition if(stale[0]==0x41414141) results to false, and even removing the statement seems to do nothing, the next if returns false for every element of the bufs array. This means the exploit is patched?
In user agent the webkit version is 601.6. I couldn't figure out if this version is still vulnerable or not...

my switch always crashes with 2168-0002 when getting to this line
i assume you were able to amend the size of smash with this code. So i am wondering if my setup is somehow different? Does it always work for you without crashing?

Not sure if a bug or intentional, but i noticed that your nested loop does not work correctly on the search for the changed Integer:

 for (i = 0; i < bufs.length; i++) {
     for (k = 0; k < bufs[0].length; k++) {
