batch conversion of .lvx files

i would like to ask if there is a way to batch-convert a complete folder to .las

i am using it to capture a steady scene, so merging all frames of the .lvx to .las would be enough, even I would appreciate the conversion of non-steady scenes to pointclouds like the loam does.

Illegal instruction (core dumped)

when I open a cmd,and key in “./livox_viewer.sh”.It output “./livox_viewer.sh: line 11: 22417 Illegal instruction (core dumped) ./livox_viewer”.s there a similar situation, what is the reason (⊙o⊙)?(ubuntu16.04 64bit)

Support loading pcap files

Hi,
Currently, only loading of lvx and csv file is supported in Livox viewer.
Is there a plan to add loading from pcap file?

Missing library

Hello,
after downloading the linux livox viewer and executing the livox_viewer.sh script, I received following error message:

./so/livox_viewer: error while loading shared libraries: libvtkRenderingOpenGL2-8.0.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

And this .so is missing in the so directory.

converting via CUI

Thank you for the developments!
we would like to use this through CUI.

Is there a way to do the conversion via CUI?
thanks in advance.

default build only support ISA with AVX2

Hi,
due to some machines will not display point cloud while qt is running OK, I spent some time to locate the bug. you can run strace to locate it's a libboost related instruction invalid call.

I don't have a log at hand so please use an older PC (<[intel=HASWELL, AMD= Excavato]).
Please make sure your CFLAGS are not automatically included AVX2 support in libboost.
Please check your building logs and considering build with runtime avx2 detection.

Updated version of Livox viewer on Latest Ubuntu

Hi there,
may I know if is there any plan of updating the Livox viewer on the latest Ubuntu, such as 22, or on Raspberry pi?
Is that possible for livox to publish the code of the viewer?

Thanks and regards
