I ended up restarting lizardfs-master and it seems to have found the missing parts of that chunk:
chunk 117: 0000000002954D8F_00000001 / (id:43339151 ver:1)
copy 1: 192.168.10.103:9423:wd8tb part 1/3 of ec(2,1)
copy 2: 192.168.10.109:9429:fast part 3/3 of ec(2,1)

chunk 118: 0000000002954D90_00000001 / (id:43339152 ver:1)
copy 1: 192.168.10.103:9423:wd8tb part 1/3 of ec(2,1)
copy 2: 192.168.10.110:9430:fast part 3/3 of ec(2,1)
copy 3: 192.168.10.115:9435:_ part 2/3 of ec(2,1)
chunk 119: 0000000002954D91_00000001 / (id:43339153 ver:1)

It not only found the 118 chunk parts, but is now reporting extra copies of chunks 117 and 119!
I was actually surprised to see the amount of chunks to be deleted increased from around 900,000 to around 4,000,000 after the restart.
So, it seems lizardfs-master not only forgets about chunks that exist after been running for a long time, but also seems to start replicating then?
So, as a workaround for this problem, I'm going to setup a restart of the lizardfs-master every 24 hours. Fingers crossed!
