After I save the coffee file with the error, I get the error in the console

Autocoffee has timed out after waiting for 10000 ms

The big problem is that I need to restart Brackets to make this work again, because even if I fix the error, it still does not compile the script. Only restart helps.

Would it be possible to specify a target folder for compiled js files to go to as well as the root folder to preserve the tree structure against?
For example to have the following structure:

• scripts
  • coffee (specified as a root-cofee folder)
    • home
      • home.coffee
    • app
      • app.coffee
  • javascript (specified as a target-js folder)
    • home
      • home.js
    • app
      • app.js
