why do you choose ionic?

Hello, when I try to execute the command ionic serve the error appears. This happens with the following parameters:

Olá, estou fazendo as aulas de angular e phonegap e estou tentado roda o app no android mas não consigo fazer funcionar com o comando ionic run android me retorna o seguinte erro.

Quando eu rodo o comando cordova run android ele até compila o apk, mas o app executa e fica com a tela em branco.

O que eu tenho que fazer? Perdoe-me minha ignorância, ainda estou aprendendo...

🚨 You need to enable Continuous Integration on all branches of this repository. 🚨
