What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Downloaded the project
2. Build VS 2010 (added the include and additional include directories as 
mentioned in the readme)
3. build fails 
Cannot open include file: 'vector_functions.h'
Cannot open include file: 'cuda_runtime.h'


What do you see instead?

VS 2010 with cuda 3.2 windows 7 64 bit

==*Introduction*==
gSap is a C++ library that performs collision culling for a very large number 
of moving AABBs or spheres at interactive rates. It was implemented entirely on 
GPUs using the CUDA framework.

The file is compressed in rar format with a password. To get the password, 
please email us with your name, affiliation and intended use. The mail address 
is {liufu,kimy}/AT/ewha.ac.kr.

==*Prerequisites*==
Platform: windows XP 32 bits, windows Vista 32 bits, windows 7 32 bits.

Hardware: GPUs support CUDA. Such as, Tesla C1060, Tesla C2070, Quadro 5800.

Others: CUDA driver and toolkit above 2.3 version.
