Wonders giving a free tech have become much more powerful with the more expensive tech tree. Their cost should be adjusted accordingly.
LT76Teams: consensus from the two sides is that Triremes shouldn't have fuel since they stay buy the shore all the time.
A regular Granary costs 40 shields. Suggest an 80 shield "Super-Granary" or something named similar that allows a player to stop micromanaging food for cities. No food is wasted at TC with this improvement in the city.
It probably should come with Refrigeration or some other later technology advance. Supermarket and Supergranary at the same times seems like a good idea.
Navy Troops are produced as green even with a Barracks in the city.
A v Pikemen in a large city is better than a Musketeer against mounted units such as Knights. This makes these early units useless.
Either make Pikes not so powerful against mounted units or give mounted units (especially Horsemen and Knights) more attack ability and more moves.
Funda is currently useless.
One suggestion is to make it a government you can use to stop a greatly superior attack. For this crusaders/fanatics would need to be reasonably cheap and have very good defense (defend ok against a musk or frigate). Something like A2 D3 HP10 and a 2x defense bonus in player's own cities while in Funda. So extremely defense oriented at the cost of 4 turns of Anarchy and a lot less science. They should also be reasonably cheap so they can be produced while under attack.
Suggest to have it at the same time as Navigation, Democracy and Federation. Cities can start to change hands by this time.
LT76Teams: The rules were changed and totally nurfed these two governments. Would be good to being them back to LTT style/features.
We got rid of infra points in the fc21 code, so we should remove references to Infra Points in effects.ruleset for all of our rulesets (including LTT/LTX in games repo if its there)
The help texts say:
The build cost shown is half of the actual cost. One shield left will cost 4 units of gold.
On top of being unclear, this warning is obsolete in Freeciv21 and can be safely removed.
LT76teams: The LTX rules used on this game had a completely nurfed Funda. Need to look at better ways to improve this government.
LT76Teams: Seems with the quick conversion of fc 2.6 to fc21 3.0 ruleset, this setting got lost. I think we should keep it for these special terrain alterations.
Maybe look at taking LTT or LTX and tweaking it for team games:
If played well, the Mausoleum prevents inciting until demo, so for the entire game. It also gives up to two content citizens in every city. This is totally OP for its cost.
In Lt76teams, it was 400 shields. Especially in team games this is way too cheap. 600 shields is probably a better number for FFA games and maybe 1000 for team games.
