When I try to compile this there are many missing .cs files from the repository:

For usage it would be more convenient if there was a Nuget package available.

Now every time I try to make a request the remote server closes the connection. Can you verify that this version is supported?

ContentType needs to be changed to application/xml to support the newer version Switchvox.
