Forts teleporting

mobs do not attack you again after battle quit

Bug description: mobs do not attack you again after battle quit

not gm account - access level 0 char
1. coming to aggresive mob and starting to fight with him ( char hits mob 
minimum 1 time and make 1 or more HP damage to him )
2. mobs kills your char
3. you revives by healer revive spell or near legions ressuraction stone witch 
stands near mob
4. begin fight with that mod again - mob stands and do nothing. never aggro you 
char again and you kills mod easily
! but if you DO NOT make any HP damage on mob after your ressurect mobs aggro 
you again normaly

or
1. beging battle with mob
2. make 1 or more damage to mob
3. run away from mod far away to stop him follows you
4. return to mob
5. mod do not aggro you anymore.

+
1. mobs walking by waypoints also do not aggro on players till you attck them. 
then run or die and bug like said before

p.s. if you type admin coommand "//neutral all" and than "//neutral cancel" 
after any of that bugs, mobs aggro your char again

very bad core bug. you can put ressuraction stone ( legion rez stones ) near 
any world boss, boss kills you, you revives near boss and boss never attack you 
again ... OR ... run far away from boss and return to him. You can kill any 
boss in game by youself without party and taking any damage.
maybe ( i'm not good programmer :) at all ) this can be fixed by - if mod quit 
battle it must be respawn forcely on his spawn point. This may fix problem

Starting with that quest(you have to get 50 Krall Marks) the creeps from 
Miraju's Holy Ground to Tursin Garrison are way too difficult. Not normal at 
all.

[Core][146] Distance for skills

Hi devs. When i try use skill what i can use from 15m its say me "target too 
far" i need made 1 step closer and i can use this skill fine. Then its problem 
for many skills. Looks like its global for skills. Its problem because when you 
use close range meele skills got always "target too far" error.

How i test? Game show you your distance in game to target. For example this 
skill http://www.aionarmory.com/spell.aspx?id=176

Aim to target on far distance like 17m. Push attack with this skill, you going 
to closer and attack. Check distance = 14 m. When you step back to 15 m error 
"far target" 

Hard play close combat because 1 m its alot fot meele attacks.

Item Remodelling (Headgear)

Bug description: When in //enemy mode, using a stun or stumble on another 
player doesn't light up skills that require the target to be stunned or 
stumbled.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Turn on //enemy mode, for example with //enemy all
2. Use a stumble or stun on a player (for example the Templar combo: Shield 
Bash IV->Provoking Shield Counter)
3. Skills that require the target to be stunned or stumbled don't light up - 
and are not possible to use! (Templar example: Pitiless Blow I and Break Power 
IV should light up when target is stumbled)


SM_PLAYER_INFO not acting completely as hoped maybe?

[149] Disenchant exploit

Hi devs, test it today. Reproduce

1. Take item id - 165000001
2. Take any item what you want DE, better hi lvl item for hi lvl stones
3. Use 165000001 on your item
4. You got message like "this item will be destroyed.."
5. Call friend send trade to him
6. Push YES - i want DE this item
7. When cast going (its like 5 sec) fast give your item to friend by trade
8. DE cast finish. You got gems to your inventory. Friend got you item.

Then you save item and got gems. I temp fix this on server, but its must be 
fixed. Thank you.

[DP][Quest] Know your enemy

Bug description: There is a couple bugs with this quest, firstly wrong Object 
ID of the Mau, second is the Timer and buff along with the timer don't appear, 
and Thirdly was unable to finish, ran up and down the Blackclaw outpost and no 
completion.

1.Talk to Taora.
2.Dialog untill it says transform me, and then click Transform me.
3.Run into Blackclaw outpost and travel around the quest doesnt complete.

When the Timer runs out your supposed to fail the quest. the timer and the buff 
on retail are tied together.
Step finish location is supposed to be around mapid=220030000; x=1969.4655;
