Implement a new package containing common latches.

Create a packkage containing mux and demux circuits. It will contain:

• 2-1 Mux
• 4-1 Mux
• 8-1 Mux
• 16-1 Mux
• 2-1 Demux
• 4-1 Demux
• 8-1 Demux
• 16-1 Demux

Create a package containing operations for each basic logic gate. Need to implement the following gates, each one in a different .py file.

• NOT
• AND
• OR
• NAND
• NOR
• XOR

Create modules for:

• Full-adder (mode to choose between full adder and basic one)
• Substraction (sub)
• ALU
• Shift registers
• Sign extend registers
• Pure binary - two's complement - pure binary converter

Under the Operators module

Currently, PyPI documentation hyperlinks don´t work. Fix it for the release of next version.

README.md is too long! Organise it into different README's, one for each module, and enable redirecting from the main one to those.
