Installation instructions

Step 1

Download Node.js for windows from the link below

https://nodejs.org/dist/v18.17.0/node-v18.17.0-x64.msi

Install Node.js from the downloaded package

Step 2

Clone the git repository

git clone https://github.com/loyalcomps/auto-print.git

Step 3

Open Command prompt and change directory to the cloned repository directory

cd \path\to\the\auto-print

Step 4

Install node package modules using npm

npm install

Node Print server - Starting Instructions

Step 1

Open Command prompt and change directory to the cloned repository directory

cd \path\to\the\auto-print

Step 2

Start the server

node app.js

PS: Don't close the command prompt/ Terminal if you want to keep the print server running. :-)

Make sure to save the pdf files to the watch folder
