How should I best clamp info from multiple trees?

TREE tree_1857 = (((Tyranneutes_virescens:3.824478541,Tyranneutes_stolzmanni:3.824478541):9.825863331,((Neopelma_pallescens:5.762649925,Neopelma_aurifrons:5.762649925):7.44517926,Neopelma_chrysolophum:13.20782918):0.4425126875):9.661477503,((((Masius_chrysopterus:4.596844681,(Corapipo_gutturalis:3.539475993,Corapipo_leucorrhoa:3.5394759931):1.057368688):5.541016057,Ilicura_militaris:10.13786074):1.058715914,(((Chiroxiphia_caudata:4.464365017,Chiroxiphia_pareola:4.464365017):0.9659616688,(Chiroxiphia_lanceolata:2.179433966,Chiroxiphia_linearis:2.179433966):3.250892719):0.9054119773,Antilophia_galeata:6.335738663):4.860837989):4.582725207,Chloropipo_flavicapilla:15.7793018593):7.532517515);

Output from the Jetz BirdTree is a whole distribution of trees. Right now, I am only using one of those trees to clamp in RevBayes for ACE. Is there a way to incorporate this whole distribution of input trees? Does RB accept a "clamp" of multiple trees? Should I collapse all of the trees into a single consensus tree ahead of time?

Add PARAMO

echo $RB_COMMAND | rb

Need explicit developmental dependencies in ACE from PARAMO. Integrate .Rev file with dependency chart after plumage patch coding method is complete.

Revamp character coding

CharLabels Body_S1 Body_S2 Body_S3 Body_S4 Crown_S1 Crown_S2 Crown_S3 Crown_S4 Forecrown_S1 Forecrown_S2 Forecrown_S3 Forecrown_S4 Mantle_S1 Mantle_S2 Mantle_S3 Mantle_S4 Head_S1 Head_S2 Head_S3 Head_S4 Mask_S1 Mask_S2 Mask_S3 Mask_S4 Rectrices[color]_S1 Rectrices[color]_S2 Rectrices[color]_S3 Rectrices[color]_S4 Rectrices[innerelongated]_S1 Rectrices[innerelongated]_S2 Rectrices[innerelongated]_S3 Rectrices[innerelongated]_S4 Remiges_S1 Remiges_S2 Remiges_S3 Remiges_S4 Nape_S1 Nape_S2 Nape_S3 Nape_S4 Throat_S1 Throat_S2 Throat_S3 Throat_S4 Back_S1 Back_S2 Back_S3 Back_S4 Rectrices[outernarrow]_S1 Rectrices[outernarrow]_S2 Rectrices[outernarrow]_S3 Rectrices[outernarrow]_S4;

Explicitly code STAGES as characters, along with

This reintroduces the tripartite plumage patch dependency:

DPM is dependent on dichromatism: P1 | D (i.e., dichromatism)
Inserted stages are dependent on earlier inserted stages: P2 | P1 for example
Predefinitive plumage characters are dependent on plumage stages: P1-Crown | P1

And, to add a color-type dependency:
P1-Crown-Structural | P1-Crown
P1-Crown-Carotenoid | P1-Crown
P1-Crown-Melanin | P1-Crown

This change to character coding will allow the explicit detection of P-STAGE and P-CHARACTER homologies, as well as the separate transition rates for STAGE changes versus CHARACTER changes versus COLOR changes. Need then PARAMO dependency.
