Multi-thread solution generation
Generate a thread for each chromosome of the solution, then join them all.
This could be extended to the entire program after having solved this issue.
Use more C++ syntax
A lot of the code has been written in C, using not-so-friendly stuff like pointers or arrays (instead of vectors).
Everything should be replaced with the new C++ syntax.
Incremental penaly computation when moving examx
Actually, solution's penalty is recomputed from scratch every time we move an exam.
Use an incremental approach.
