Load directory as an app directory from command line

Create a library project that contains the necessary classes and creating a plugin that can be run in the shell application.

Change the color themes used by Mahapps at runtime and save those settings to be set at startup.

MahApps.MetroWindow property EnableDMWDropShadow is not creating the expected drop shadow effect, since the window has a whit background, it can be hard to see the edges in many cases.

Look in to MahApps defects for possible cause.

Hook system to save and load certain state items.

Potentially use Akavaches key value store system.

Ability to load a 'view' for the main ShellView if one is located in the plugin import.

This would allow the default build of the app to go unchanged while a user can create a view for the shell that is loaded and displayed at startup.

Means to create a project based on the starter project that upon a successful build can be automatically loaded in to Hermit

Move the project for Hermit.Plugin to the HermitApp/hermit-plugin repository.
