Cannot find name 'MediaRecorder'

= new MediaRecorder(stream, { mimeType: 'video/webm' });
When I try to enter into screen sharing and I end up getting the attached issue. It looks to be not working for me.
Also looking for clear documentation on how to do text chat and video call with this.
