Bluebrid -- twitter tools

To run (two shells are needed):

$ CGO_CFLAGS_ALLOW=".*" CGO_LDFLAGS_ALLOW=".*" go run .

$ yarn && yarn dev

Also, a .env file is needed with the following content:

In production the SENTIMENT_SERVER variable may also be set, to point to a viable
sentiment analysis server such as git.hjkl.gq/team14/sentiment.
