Implement a custom status line about visimp HOT 3 CLOSED

The statusline will be built in-house to allow the needed amount of modularity and a tight integration with the layers system.
Also there are way too many statusline alternatives, no choice would be fair and supporting every line anybody wants would be too much of an hassle.

This will take some more time compared to others.

Work has begun on main. I ended up using lualine as a base which offers users some premade components (which will all be swapped out for in-house implementations) and also provides some code which I would have had to write anyway. With lualine being so modular the overhead vs an in-house implementation is so minimal that I can ignore it.

Progress will be made ASAP.
