When I press any key in vim, vim generates a new tab with an untitled file and moves the cursor target.

Why

Now, the installer log is very noisy because the log notices all shortcut files.
It wants quieter such as It notices only completed logs or errors.

Why

I modify vimrc for Competitive Programming, but I don't want to contaminate the main vimrc for the feature.
So I divide vimrc and make it easier to maintain more than present.

Why

The command is like "flutter doctor". it checks out and notices about not installing packages for instance exa, and tree.

How to implement

First, commands that should use custom packages are collected near.
And if the packages are not installed, add them to the array in the not installed package.
Finally, the packages figure out the message.

current, paths make shortcuts include the relative path for example "/path/./to/file", I want to fix the path to "/path/to/file".

Open an incomplete file, then stop to execute vim because syntaxhilght was broken.

In 06a7834, I did that can scroll in tmux(https://zenn.dev/softoika/scraps/19abddeaa09e12).
However, the scroll is not optimal because it's the only way back to default mode by scroll-down in a scroll.

I want to back to default mode by pressing ESC(for example).
