To play TicTacToe, you must have installed:

• Node ^16.15

Alternatively, run the dev container

To install, clone this repo and run npm install.

That's it 🐱‍👤.

Once the command has been built, tictacnode CLI will be available.

If this is your first time running the program, first run tictacnode train. Then, to play, use tictacnode play.
