Please add detection support when one is using a wired headset.
I use a wired headset, as I don't want another device to have to recharge daily.

When is next version likely to be released or even made available for BETA TEST?
Many people want and NEED this feature. When driving, this is a very necessary
ability.

Your app is really cool, but one option it needs is to auto answer only
when connected to a headset (wired or bluetooth). Otherwise you have to
constantly be deactivating the app when you disconnect your headset,
risking the chance the phone will answer the call instead of sending it to
voicemail when you are not available.
This is a standard feature on most Samsung phones, and your app could bring
this feature to Android phones.

The application keeps reloading itself and answering calls I don't want
answered. I want to use it only when I am driving. It has the advantage
over Car Dock Speakerphone that it doesn't require the user to swipe to
answer the call. But I want it loaded only when I manually load it. I kill
the application. Then the phone is sitting on my desk in the other room,
and I hear a voice saying, "Hello, Hello." It has reloaded itself and
answered the phone when I don't expect it. I am going to have to go back to
Car Dock speakerphone until this can be resolved

I'm combining AutoAnswer together with a plug-in launcher. So that the launcher
starts AutoAnswer when I plug my headset in. I still have do start AutoAnswer
manually with the enable function, it would be very comfortable when this would
work automatically, so you just have to plug-in your headset and you're done.
Thanks in advance

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Pair bluetooth headset (samsung wep210) to phone (HTC Desire, Android
2.1-update1)
2.Setup to autoanswer call after 4 seconds only when bt headset is connected
3. Receive call
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect phone to answer after 4 seconds and route audio to the BT headset (On
motorbike so cant push buttons). Instead the audio comes out the phone
speaker. The app should transfer the call to bluetooth if available (it
obviously knows when bluetooth is connected as it will only answer when it is)

AutoAnswer 1.5

I would like an option of setting the day and week.
This can be implemented similar to the following screen shot.
This will give each user a configurable by the week visual tool to help them
select when to auto answer calls.

It would be handy if the app could automatically close (or disable
auto answering) after a selectable delay.
I have used an app like this before (on Windows Mobile) when in the car.
Unfortunately sometimes I forgot to disable auto answering and
speakerphone after getting out of the car!
My trip to and from work each day is about 45 minutes, so thats the
timeout I would set.
I could have a go at implementing this (am somewhat android dev literate),
if so, any advise of how to go about it would be gratefully received.
Regards,
David

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Enable the application,
2. Enable 'Only Using BT Headset',
3. Use the phone when not connected to a BT headset.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect not to see the notification bar icon, because the application is not
active. But it appears anyway.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 1.4 on Android 2.1.
Please provide any additional information below.
I use the application in my car, where the car dock counts as a BT headset and
then I don't need to push any button to answer calls. But when not in the car,
I do want to be able to choose whether to answer calls or not, so I enabled the
'Only Using BT Headset' option. But now the notification bar icon always shows,
even though most of the time the application's functionality is not active.

Hi,
I love the auto-answer tool, there is just one tiny feature which would be
perfect for my use - not only answer a phone call while it is in progress and
set the previously active on hold, but also the option to establish a
conference call for every new call arriving!
Thanks!
