I attached all required icons from an earlier release. These icons has to be placed in fontsize2/images/toolbar (right after the PNGs you'll find their naming in the folder).

The fontsize2 folder should look like this after placing the icon files (you will get action.php and syntax.php from the plugins homepage https://www.dokuwiki.org/plugin:fontsize2)
