Thank you very much for your ideas and codes.
When reproducing your code, I found that the Hit@20 indicator is only about 72 on the verification set and 62 on the test set. I would appreciate it if you can tell me how to deal with it.

your generate_features.py works perfectly except for a typo where instead of creating f_pos_training_edge2, it just saves that as file f_pos_training_edge1, overwriting the initial file. but replacing that line in generate_features.py fixes the problem
