Install global webpack and gulp

$ npm install -g gulp webpack

Install dependencies

$ composer install
$ npm install

Build assets

$ gulp && webpack

Install DB

$ php artisan migrate

Start laravel queue listener

$ php artisan queue:listen

Start node.js socket server

$ node ./server.js
