Recommendations for ob/gyn forms by Fedner dated 12/29/2009 about isante HOT 7 CLOSED

piu can you elaborate more on this -- im not understanding entirely

My 
explanation below -

 Here are some Bug investigated o the new release 8.0 :

1.- Please add two new ''communes'' Cité Soleil and Tabarre.

2.- When clicking on the save buttom, the system gives a script before saving 
the 
form. 

3.- TB and functional Status and TB Evaluation become non required sections

4.- On the cover Sheet, the reaction for allergy show off on English.

5.- After saving the lab form twice, the system deletes all information on this 
form

6.- Lab, diagnoses and treatment History didn't show off any information for a 
patient

7.- On the coverSheet, the systeme didn't show off the CD4 for the intake lab 
form

8.- On the ''Past and Present diagnoses'', when you choice a ''resolved 
diagnose'' 
and you try to save the form twice, the system unchecked the status 
''resolved''.

9.- for old patients on ART, if you don't go to a prescription form and check 
''Rx 
or Prophy'', the system did not show off the regimen. 

10.- Do you think is necessary to have ''HIV positive'' on the Status ? HIV 
negative 
Yes. but if the patient is HIV positive the system must show off as active 
patient 
on Palliative Care or ART, inactive patient and so on...

OBGYN Forms :

11.- the system must accept the DPA as a future date.

12.- Menarche and   Beginning of the sexual relationships must be on ''age'' 
instead 
of ''date'' format.

13.- Date of last mammogram, Date of last palpation and the next visit date are 
not 
on date format.

14.- when you choice for the Planing Family ''No'', the system must the 
deactivated 
all the elements.

15.- on the immunization between ''date received'' or ''required today'', the 
system 
must gives a choice to take one or the other, not two simultaneous. 

16.- Blood Pressure didn't have unit measure.

17.- while the patient fallowed up on the site it become pregnant, as you know 
we 
will not make HIV diagnoses again for this patient then it's necessary to 
deactivated the ''referal Sources, probable mode of transmission and other risk 
factors.

18.- When the Status is negative or unknown, I think the system must jump to 
the 
previous TB instead of section Drugs Allergies. ????

My clarification - 
If a patient becomes pregnant they do not fill in the indicated fields - these 
fields are there in the Intake forms. They want the fields to be automatically 
de-
activated. I will ask Fedner about more information on this.

unsure of 
what he meant

I have already send a mail to Fedner for clarification, cc-ed you and Steve on 
that.

From Fedner - clarification on the second one i.e. "When the Status is negative 
or 
unknown, I thinkthe system must jump to the previous TB instead of section 
Drugs 
Allergies."

In the ob/gyn Intake forms, the link "So not, negative, or unknown, to jump to 
the 
section Drugs: Allergies" in the HIV Status section is not working as it is 
supposed 
to work.

From Fedner - clarification on the first one i.e. "While the patient fallowed 
up on 
the site it becomes pregnant, as you know we will not make HIV diagnoses again 
for 
this patient then it's necessary to deactivated the ''referal Sources, probable 
mode 
of transmission and other risk factors."

He wants the sections "Referal Sources", "Probable mode of transmission" and 
"Other 
risk factors" in the OB/gyn Intake forms to be disabled for women whose HIV 
diagnoses has been done earlier.
