Modify report "Clinic Visiting during Given Period" about isante HOT 6 CLOSED

This is a request for modifying the existing "Clinic Visiting during Given 
Period" 
report  to look like in the attached screen shot:-

Clinic Visiting during Given Period

ST code (With a link on it),Patient’s name,Age,Sexe, Regimen/ARV,Visit date 
scheduled,Effective date show-up,Difference days

This report will be used both at sites and network level

Is Jim still coordinating all report requests? If not, I can work on this if 
you send it back to me.

This report has been added in to release 9.0 RC1 as described above. I've also 
attached a simple screenshot from our test server. This is run by selecting a 
time period and a specific network.
