working 
based on the available generic validations and attach them here. Thanks

I looked into the forms and there are only a couple of validation we can apply 
rigt 
now. 

1. Date of visit should be filled.
2. Date fields should not accept dates beyond today's date.
3. Age fields should not accept negative numbers.
