1、安装nodejs和browsersync,具体怎么安装请参考：http://www.browsersync.cn/#install

2、启动browsersync npm run learn-angular-dev /这里的dev是package.json文件中设置的/

3、打开浏览器测试 http://localhost:3000/test.html
