I'm looking to use this for a game, what is the license on the code? There is no license header anywhere, which in most countries means that it's unusable in commercial applications (as "no-license" is the most restrictive type of license).

If this is open source, would you consider marking this with a MIT / BSD (or other equivalent license), and if it's not could you please specify that also?
