Support for converting ordinal required

first - kwanza
second - pili
// The rest match up to their cardinal equivalent

Decimals are denoted by the keyword nukta.
Example
1.2 => moja nukta mbili

This needs to be supported.

At the moment there's a bug in the code that causes incorrect conversion of the ones place value digit for numbers greater than 100.

ILLUSTRATION

nambari(101)  // => outputs: mia moja moja -- expected: mia moja na moja
nambari(1004) // => outputs: elfu moja nne  -- expected: elfu moja na nne

Don't forget to add tests for this.
