our solgan: 区块链，让善款更透明，让爱心更长情。

我们认为，区块链技术的不可篡改、溯源等特性，可以有效解决当前善款使用/去向不透明，以及中心化平台存在的被黑客攻破、服务器崩溃以及作恶的道德风险。

说明：

1、由于现有的公链不适合存储，且用户体验不好，因此第一阶段首先使用中心化的存储方案，同时附加材料哈希，以防材料被篡改。

2、为了追踪善款的使用，后续增加授信制度，即求助者授信给医院一定的额度，由医院提取，求助者不得直接提取善款，以达到善款专用的目的
