Interesting, I've never used the :_destroy
nested attributes syntax. I can try and find some time and look into this. It would be super helpful, though, if you could provide a failing test for this, to make it easier for me to reproduce.

Yep. I submitted a pull request for you. Its attached to this issue and has
the failing test.
