Add data collection

Build server and add the connection to this app

Add current location pointer

We need to find a way to add the Blue Dot for current location on the map. It needs to take care of GPS for outside, and switch to wifi and/or other readings for inside.

Be able to select which wifi to use

We need to add checkbox for the wifi SSID we need to use.

Code Cleanup

Clean up unnecessary code and remove sensors or modify data collection

Yaml files are not included in exploded-aar when project is built

When using Cinnabar style or Walkabout style, the yaml files and resources do not get built into the "osmlips/build/intermediates/exploded-aar/com.mapzen.tangram/tangram/0.4.1/assets/" folder. I had to manually add them to get the map rendered on MainActivity. It would be nice if the style folder could be built into that folder so that we could change the style dynamically.
