Wasmo Server

Wasmo server can be deploy from the Docker using the built images.

It comes with a server part to create and build your WASM plugin and a frontend to edit your plugins directly in the integrated UI.

Current otoroshi template is well suited for wasm plugin such as access control, however it does not work for wasm backend.

We could either enrich current template with commented code for wasm backend, or add another specific Otoroshi wasm backend template.
