@maikerumine is it possible to add more variation to the mapgen

like more biomes

At some point minetest updated and replaced using minetest.setting_* functions with minetest:settings:* and the console is constantly throwing a warning about this. I have made two pull requests updating code to fix this. Pull requests #5 #6 are my work so far. A scan of the game shows 167 matches for the depreciated code across various outdated mods.

I do not think the mod xban belongs in the game, it is a server oriented mod which server owners can install to their server but it has no place in single player or on private servers. Other ban management systems may also be used based off of server owner preference.
For the sake of reducing bloat I propose that it be removed.

Just watched your recent video, thanks for using pathv7. I may be able to edit the mod to follow mgvalleys terrain. Have you altered any of the noise parameters for mgvalleys terrain or is it as default? I'll need to know to make the path follow the terrain.
