For deployment a good example data set must be prepared.
it should contain already published data containing the following:

Data

• iCLIP sites (raw)
• iCLIP binding sites / called peak regions
• RNA-seq coverage track
• RNA-seq alternative splicing events

Gene annotation

• Gene features (like Araport 11)
• Gene identifier, Descriptions
• GO terms (Gene Ontology)
• PO terms (Plant Ontology)

The example data will originate solely from Arabidopsis thaliana.

Usage spikes by a signifficant margin once first connection to dashboard is made, check if that can be reduced

Issue doesn't happen everytime, even with exact same settings the bug can be present in one run and absent in the next.

For example 9.9_LL18 will get events from 9.9_LL36 because the only paret the program checks for is "9.9".

Same as for iCLIP-seq, coplor picker in settings tab

Currently, if a lot of splice events overlap, they become hard to distinguish. There also seem to be some issues calculating the number of overlaps

Allow general display of event type, as well as color coding and hiding of specific event categories
