HTNSystem Version 1.0.0 can be run on  windows,linux or OSX. Before running HTNSystem please make sure MetaMap14 is installed and running.


Pre-requisites:
1. Java jdk 1.7 or higher
2. MetaMap14

Steps:
1. Unzip HTNSystem1.0.0.zip to directory hereafter refered as HTNSystem_HOME
2. Open file config.properties lcated under HTNSystem_HOME using text editor of your choice.
3. Change configuration parameter as per the requirements.
4. Run MetaMap14 server as per instruction given here();
5. Open a terminal and navigate to HTNSystem_HOME
6. Execute command " java -jar HTNSystem1.0.0.jar "path/to/directory/containing/text/files" "
7. Once system runs successfully output file will written under HTNSystem_HOME or user specified directory(if provided).
