Antialias large points
When points are larger than 1x1, they are just squares. It would be nicer if they were antialiased disks.
Polygon Normals
Sometimes when refining a polygon, a surface normal appears wrong.
Raytracing has errors when using a high atomic mass
Probably the calculation for step distance is wrong in this instance.
Canceling some dialogs occasionally causes errors
Convert help from old format
The help was written using ForeHelp and is in the Windows .HLP format. At this point, it would probably be best to just convert it to markdown or rst and place it in the gh-pages branch.
