Mantid supports calculating absorption coefficients for standard and arbitrary sample shapes, and this should be included in the reduction script.

• 'auto' Ei does not work with saved runs (with .n### or .s## extensions).
• 'auto' Ei only computed at the start of script - if looping over multiple runs, and later runs use different Ei, reduced output is wrong.
• Missing NormaliseByCurrent call for sample_bg
• Revert keepworkspaces to False by default otherwise will run out of memory on single crystal runs...
• DG_monovan.py for MARI needs RemoveSpectra

The accumulate option is confusing to use - there should just two options (ignore and replace).
